The section of Fortune‘s “TECH” uses the approach to Organic Interface for their site, not only adapting the content and the interface but also the mode of use and type of the UX for users who access it via Tablets.

Inspite of the perfect realization, I think it is interesting to share this example as a thing every online magazine should do (many years) in terms of UX but this issue is often never addressed.
