Can we get more people to obey the speed limit by making it fun to do? The idea is to capture the people who keep to the speed limit on camera. This project follows the Volkswagen campaign “the Fun Theory” started a few months ago.

Photos of people would be taken and registration numbers recorded so that people enter into a lottery. Winners would receive cash prizes and be notified by mail. Better yet, the winning pot would come from people who were caught speeding.
